Digital Service Nature
Our products are digital subscription services providing access to online content and platform features. No physical goods are shipped. This policy outlines cancellation and refund procedures for these services.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings if available. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly plans remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Annual plans remain active until the end of the prepaid term unless otherwise stated
- Corporate team plans follow the terms outlined in your organization agreement
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds may be considered if requested within 7 days of initial purchase and platform access has been limited
- Annual subscriptions: Partial refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase, prorated based on usage
- Renewals: Refunds for automatic renewals may be considered if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- The subscription period has substantially elapsed
- The account has been used extensively during the refund request period
- Terms of Use violations resulted in account suspension
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
